- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You are our family! We want to know the things you like, the things you don’t like and everything in between! We take special precautions when it come to allergies & disorders. Other than the credentials we need, we want you to know you have a trustworthy person in the kitchen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been mainly self/family taught all my life but as the years progressed so did I! I’ve worked in Aramark, Sheraton Hotels & DSU Kitchens which have helped me get my certifications & real kitchen experience! I’m now the executive chef at “Fast Break” & my own business “Smokin’ Hot Kitchen” so when I’m not sleep I’m cooking food 24/7!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I Have worked with big clients such as Amazon Warehouses in Philadelphia & I’ve worked with your everyday person looking for dinner. EVERYBODY WELCOME TO EAT!
