FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible when I can be, I understand life takes it's toll on everyone and that should not stop a person from having a great service like photography. So in my opinion it's always best to have a conversation over the phone to discuss your needs. I do require a signed agreement and 50% deposit up front to book, both must be in hand to clear my calendar and then the rest is collected before or the date of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a brief phone consultation so that I can get a feel for if we are a good fit. If the feeling to move forward is mutual then I require a 50% non refundable deposit and a signed agreement that I encourage all of my clients to read through thoroughly before signing. We stay in touch discussing inspiration, and then we meet on the big day and make it a good one!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training through International Association Of Professions Career College, studied under David Molnar and Rich Coleman through their online mentorship program for professional photographers.
