Hi! I have coached tennis since I was in high school, and golf since out of college. I enjoy teaching students of all levels and ages. My pride and joy is when someone becomes a better player than when they first came to see me. I focus on physics, physiology, and psychology for maximum learning techniques and about to launch my YouTube Channel for more online tips! • My preferred locations are in area codes 33409 and 33412 and possibly 33418 • I will travel to your location (within 15 miles of the above zip codes) for a fee, depending on distance/time • Currently I am only teaching adults and junior tournament players • My hours are varied, but through April my Monday/Wednesday mornings are not available... best time are usually Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday afternoons • My schedule will open up after May • I offer video analysis lessons at any time

Among his many talents in teaching tennis, Jay is an exceptional tennis and golf instructor with the same knack for quickly analyzing your game, identifying your strengths and weaknesses, and applying appropriate remedies from a quick fix to a long-term strategy. He has a way with mnemonics to help the key points stick your head so that you can continue to work on these areas long after the lesson has ended. He is a great player with boundless energy and enthusiasm, but not all great players are great teachers. The key to being a good teacher is bring out the best in you, not trying to make you into something you're not. Jay has that ability, and best of all you have a whole lot of fun with a terrific guy! My sessions with Jay will always stick with me and the pointers remain in my subconscious. Thanks Jay for your help, your friendship, and your encouragement.

I've known Jay as a tennis pro for over seven years. When tennis friends will come down for tennis trip, we will contact Jay to run several clinics for the group. Not only did Jay make the clinic full of drills and critiques, he would also make it fun. For the past three years, I've been working with Jay as a private and semi private student. He tailors the lesson to specific areas of the game that I need to work on. We discussed the purpose of the drill, his expectations of me during the drill, and then we discussed how I can apply it to matchplay. We also discussed previous matches and how to prepare for the next. Jay help me to take my tennis game to the next level by not only working on my technique but my mental game as well.

• Discounts may be offered for bulk session/packages, minimum of 10. • Prices vary from $75-$90 /hr depending on number of players and membership level • We take all common forms of payment: cash, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal • Credit card payments incur a $5 service fee
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
(Prerequisite: LOCATION MUST BE within 25 miles of 33409) Step 1: Email/Text for scheduling and time preferences Step 2: Confirm the first session from both sides via text/email (better for records than a call... can also call for lengthy discussions, questions, etc...) Step 3: Meet on site for the first session and go from there
