- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many customers want price over the phone or via text/email and we can provide that. We can also schedule to come take a look at your pool and/or meet with you and tell you what we can provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We pride ourselves on teaching customers pool basics and helping them understand their pools’ operation.
