- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client should take into account that the discounts depend on the type of service that is being promoted at the moment, for example (deep or regular) and that the rates will depend on what the client needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, to begin with, get to know the client and their tastes and what is the service they require and give them my opinion of what would be the best or the best way to do it with reasonable prices for both the costumer and our team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work team is 100% professional since after years of experience (18) not only residential but also commercial with contracts for country clubs, hospitals, offices, dealers and natural parks among others and we have always provided our best service.
