FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should understand the total cost breakdown, including any potential discounts, additional fees, and payment terms. It’s important they know what’s included in the pricing, such as services and products, as well as any extra costs that could arise during the project. Clear communication about payment expectations and any refund or cancellation policies will help avoid confusion later on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before starting with a new client, I take the time to truly listen and understand their needs and style. Great hair begins with great communication, and my goal is always to create a look that reflects who they are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a professional hairstylist for over 20 years and have received extensive training in women’s hair design, coloring, cutting, and styling from leading beauty academies in Turkey. I also hold master-level certifications and a teaching license, which means I’ve not only worked in the industry but also trained others. My background blends deep technical knowledge with creative vision – and I bring that to every client I work with.
