- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
During these difficult economic times, we have decided to waive our dispatch/diagnostic fee. However, please be kind by only making 1 appointment at a time with a plumber. We block off time on our schedule to make sure we review your issue thoroughly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will visit your home to evaluate what you need and provide an upfront price before work is performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business over 75 years in Palm Beach County. We are family owned and operated and plan to be here for generations to come.
