Nelson did an absolutely fantastic job! From the very beginning, he impressed us with his professionalism and personable demeanor. He arrived right on time and even gave us a courtesy message to let us know he was on his way, which was greatly appreciated. Our pool cage was in rough shape, green and covered in dirt, but Nelson worked his magic and made it sparkling white again. He also transformed our pool deck; it looks amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Nelson for all your power washing needs. I needed my home washed. At the same time, I needed the drive and sidewalk washed. After selecting ASAP, Nelson (ASAP) contacted me about the scheduled time for this service. We changed the schedule slightly for the convenience of both ASAP and myself. At the scheduled time, Nelson arrived and pressure washed as contracted. Nelson did a fantastic job. My home looked like it was newly painted! No uppers from the quoted price. I plan to use ASAP at least yearly to wash the drive and sidewalk.

Had a great experience working with ASAP pressure washing. Nelson was very prompt in responding, setting expectations and also showing up right on time to get the job done. The work was outstanding with some small oil stains that were better than before, but he clearly communicated before we started the work. Ill use his services againa and recommend him for anyone. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I priced all of my jobs accordingly I do not take advantage if there is a small area that the customer wants as an extra if I'm already there I normally don't charge extra I just try to make the customers happy and get it done
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally like to get either pictures square footage and or go out to the project and give a proper estimate all estimates are free
