- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill hourly for work requested to support your existing telecom technology. When purchasing our solutions, our hourly support is included in the negotiated price (our best pricing is subject to a site survey).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet with the customer (where necessary), provide a professional site review and a no obligation written quote for the services being provided. New customers will benefit from a first time discount and reward discounts for returning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
