Matt was very quick to respond to my call to have a water heater replaced. Jacob showed up ten minutes early for the appointment the next day, and installed the new unit in no time. He also found a cool way for the shorter heater to work with the existing electrical system by elevating it with unused bricks from my yard. Smart man!
