Working with Dmitri has been an amazing experience. I was nervous at first since this is my first time working with a trainer plus it was online since we live in different states. They way that Dmitri works with his clients it seemed like he was right here with me every step of the way regardless of the distance. He is punctual with his responses, KNOWS HIS STUFF, and just an all around great person! He pushes me to my limits while also motivating me at the same time. I’m so happy I’ve been able to create a professional relationship and friendship with my trainer where I know he wants the absolute best for me in my fitness and competition journey. PLUS he makes the most amazing brownies!

It started out as a 3 month “let’s see how it goes” to lets make it “6 months”....9 months later Dmitri and I are still working together, and plan to for the next ???? Who knows!
We work together online, and I’ve learned: communication is key. He can’t make me do the workouts or each the meal plan. But he definitely holds me to a standard that makes me want to stay committed!!
The meal plan has been structured for me. I know this because some weeks/months it won’t change but for progrss purposes it can change back, to back, to back each week.
The feeling of having Dmitri as my biggest fan is indescribable. The accountability is there. Be open, be honest, and be willing to do the work!

I’ve been working with Dmitri for over 3 months and I could not be more appreciated for what he has done.
Coming in from a background of coaching tennis Dmitri really understands the physiology and kinesiology of the human body, I enjoyed the workouts and value the focus he brings to each session.
I love the fact he constantly checks in with me to see if I’m on top of my diet and my workouts on my off days with him.
He also supplied a great and easy to understand meal plan with his training regiments, hitting the calories and macros made me feel great in and out of the gym.
I highly suggest hiring Dmitri for your personal goals! Beginner or if you’re a Pro Dmitri will take you to the next level. You can see he is constantly producing professional level physiques. For the value of what he brings to the table is priceless.

The hardest thing about getting back into or into an exceptional fitness level is breaking the habits that made you fat or unhealthy and building habits that get you on the right track. Dmitri keeps you motivated and focused on the goal. Anyone can give you meal plans and workouts, people that do that are literally, a dime a dozen. But to keep you focused, motivated and pushing you through the difficult and demotivating phases of changing your way of life, through the doubt, through the pain, through every moment you want to quit... THAT is rare and THAT is exactly what he brings to the table.
