FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects are bid flat rate, per job. Pricing depends on the trade skill level and material's costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the project over the phone, determine scope and budget restrictions. Then I come out and look over the project and take notes/measurements. I then complete an estimate for the job, including materials needed, estimated time-frame, and starting bid. Once a 50% deposit has been paid by the customer, I schedule the work and complete it. I finally, then, invoice for the remainder balance (change orders can sometimes apply).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a handyman for ten years and have worked for companies large and small, and a lot of great talent. I've constantly built up my skill set by working with amazingly skilled tradespeople. Each job is a chance to further refine my skill-sets.
