As unlikely as it may seem, I would like to thank you for your feedback, because as we previously said, we here at USX not only understand your disappointment but also assume that your point of view makes sense. However, I would like to remind you once again that your project requires different products, and as a partner of our suppliers, we know that the price of some of the products was not quoted by the first supplier at a reasonable price, and the next partner was exactly the one that took the longest to respond, due to the current holidays season, besides they will be closed until next week. That said, we preferred to delay the quote rather than deliver one within a better timeframe, but with a value that we knew was above average. Many times, our customers prefer to wait because when they decide to buy their own material as end users, they are not able to achieve, on average, the same prices for the products they chose, given that the price of our service will not vary all that much. In no way is our idea here to turn this digital environment into an arena for discussions. I just want to clarify that our strategy is always focused on providing the best overall experience for our clients and along all stages of the project, which in turn is divided into different processes. We usually dedicate a lot of attention and care to planning so that the execution stage is not only faster and within the estimated deadline, but above all, avoids surprises. If we had had, or even by any chance we come to have the opportunity to move forward with this project, I dare say that the final result would make this issue of budget delay a minor episode within the overall experience.
