What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Majority of my clientele is word of mouth so they are normally sold before I speak with them. My clients fill out the hot form and then I will set up a call or zoom to speak with them to understand more of what type of event they are having. Then I advise if I’m available if so we speak on price and the customer sends half of the full(deposit) payment then the remaining half at least a month before the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Boston to join the hosting academy and received my certificate 😊!
