I did my research on what to look for to get my dryer vent cleaned. I decided to go with Bright Air Duct because of the quick response time and their stellar reviews. The service tech was on time, professional and efficient. There was a mistake made on the billing which was handled immediately by the owner. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.

Representative came within a couple of hours after speaking with them. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Did the cleaning of the dryer vent and checked AC/Heater Vent. Will call Bright Air Duct again in the future when needed.

Tom came out and gave us some great suggestions for the job we needed to add new ducts. He also cleaned our dryer vent at the same time. This needs to be done more than we do it. So much lint. I will be using them from now on. Have our Duct company to add to my maintenance people. Thank you so much.
