We offer a $49 service call fee, waived if you hire us! If our pricing doesn’t work for you, we’ll be on our way—no pressure. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our first conversation, we’ll ask a few basic questions about your HVAC system to understand the issue and address any immediate concerns. Once we have your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email), we’ll schedule an appointment that works for you. At the appointment, our technician will thoroughly inspect your system, identify the solution, and explain how we’ll fix it. We’ll provide a clear, upfront price, and in most cases, we can start the repair right away—unless special parts are needed. By the time we leave, your HVAC system will be running smoothly again.
