- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
100% Free Estimates, if you do not like our pricing we will be on our way. That is how the Plumbing Therapist assures you that we offer the most competitive prices in the area. The Plumbing Therapist accepts cash, checks, card, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. We also have great financing options, with low monthly payments, ask us more about our financing options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our initial communication, we ask basic questions about what we can help you with, that way we get an idea of the issue and can put some of your questions to rest. After we get your contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email) we schedule your appointment. At our appointment, we check the issue at hand and see what we can do to get it repaired or replaced. We give you a price and most of the time can do the job right after your approval (depends in case we need to go get a part, etc.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the contractor in charge of Plumbing Therapist, I went through various courses and extensive testing to receive my license. My team on the field has been working for many years, some have over 10 years of experience.
