They did so well! I had a Murphy bed to assemble and two other companies said no straight off the bat due to complexity, but Harold showed up ON A HOLIDAY and spent 5.5 hours making sure that it got done for us and even offered to come back later to take apart something I did wrong and put it back together correctly. He was so kind and professional I will definitely be referring him to friends and going back for any tasks I have in the future!
