We needed flooring installed for our home prior to moving in. We had to have it done quickly and Kevin was kind enough to do it for us on very short notice. He got to work right away and the flooring looks awesome. We are very appreciative of his service and would recommend him to anyone needing flooring installed.

Kevin did a wonderful job! This was not an easy or quick project either as this is our dream home “completed” this time last year. He had to come in behind two previous company’s that failed miserably of even coming close to expectations, one behind the other. Not only did he have to undo (tear out) their shotty work, but he ended up redesigning the layout; moved the plumbing and changed the position of the in-floor soaker style tub. It was a tall order; but, Kevin was up to the task and finished the project with superb quality! We’re so pleased that we’re having him tear out another bathroom shower from the same dreadful sub. You’d be crazy not to hire him!

I can't say enough about Broder Designs. Kevin did an amazing remodel on my mobile home. I wanted to make sure my 'trailer' didn't look like one and it doesn't now. He did an amazing job from installing windows and siding on the outside to the faux finish and fine details on the inside.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Interior Architecture and Design degree from Florida State University. I am always challenging myself to learn more details of the different trades. This includes the specialty trades, such as stained glass, and welding.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Unfortunately it was later in life before I recognized I had the creativity and talent for interior design.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I tend to focus mostly on kitchen and Bathroom remodeling. Since I do so many kitchens and bathrooms, I most enjoy installing Tile. I love the rich characteristics that tile has on a space.
