Kyle was very knowledgeable and straight forward about everything I needed to get to the finish line. I received my stamped plans In about 2 weeks and was very satisfied with them. They got everything right on the first try. Will be using Holmes drafting over and over again in the future!

This company failed to communicate in a timelinely as serveral text and calls were made to Kyle without response. Long wait time with a lack of knowledge on how to deliver a full solution to my permit issues. They charged me for work they completed and led me through an endless cycle of request for the service needed to complete permits. They lack control of product delevery as there plans are sealed using an outsourced engineer, so work complete is at the mercy of the vendor who only works on Tuesday thru Thursday. They need to pay attention to their clients.

Jonathan, I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with our experience at Holmes Drafting Services. Unfortunately there is only so much we can do with the engineers we work with. We have made adjustments to better our time frame by obtaining other relationships. However this project was not like most. Being that this home was remodeled without a permit the process of obtaining one and closing it out is much more strenuous. Your digitally sealed plans were delivered to you ahead of schedule but being that you needed Hard Seals/Paper Copies, this prolonged the process. There was also a letter that needed to be obtained by the engineer stating the project was done to code and in compliance. These were not requests but requirements for Pinellas County. I'm sorry we did not handle this in a timely manner, I'm happy though we were able to close this job out for you.
