I greatly appreciated Matt's willingness to customize an inspection for me. I did not need a full-blown inspection but only the roof inspection and wind mitigation report, due to the recent installation of a new roof. Consequently, Matt was able to provide an inspection at a very reasonable price, compared to other inspection services in the area. Matt was prompt for the scheduled time, very professional, and finished up the inspection in about half an hour. I highly recommend Mawby Home Inspections.

Matthew was very quick to respond and to get the inspection date set up. There was some flexibility needed as I was under a time crunch and Matthew did a great job being super flexible towards my needs. I appreciate his flexibilithy and quick response. The only thing I needed more was after the inspection the report was 72 hours to generate and I had to query a couple of times.
