Sean is a man of his word. He came over and reviewed the whole job. discussed it with me and then gave me a quote. The work began quickly and completed in a timely fashion. I recommend Sean for interior improvements. Fair on price. Very satisfied.

We are grateful Thumback gives the contractors an opportunity to respond to reviews! We know that quality customers whom we want to work with will see through misinformation and the misleading reviews! Our project manager had an ongoing family emergency with his 3 year old son and caused the job to get behind and some things were missed! As a result, the customer did not let us finish the project and demanded us to do what we could until a certain date. Otherwise, the areas this customer has highlighted would have been easily taken care of in exchange for the money they still owes us. They agreed to let us know if they saw anything we would need to come back for which apparently was a lie. Typically, customers who love to complain never post the great work that was done into their misleading reviews, and we understand that. We try to filter and identify high quality people to work with and we failed in that area on this project. We have pictures of the other 2,600 square feet of great work we did for this customer outside of the pictures of touch ups the customer has posted that we’d be happy to share.
