FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is fair. It’s calculated by the hour but is not being to strict with it. The result is what matters. Customer satisfaction can’t always be put on a schedule. Things happen in life. Further, the shooting session itself is only half the job. Before the shooting is a lot of research involved. Than the shoot, than the processing, than the editing. As of now, my services are below market value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First understanding their needs and wants. Their reasoning behind what they envision. Getting a feeling of who they are. Second I offer different options. Evaluating, giving ideas, working with the customer to either create a concept, inspire, or take the lead for the costumer that still tries to figure it out or simply accomplish the needs of the customer that knows what he wants. Third I accomplish the mission. There is a lot more to photography than just pushing a button. 4th providing a link with images 5th editing their selections 6th delivering final products plus extras.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional international model since 1997. Lived and worked in all major capitals of the world that have a market for fashion and commercial modeling. I’ve represented and advertised for major designer brands, major leading corporations, high end resorts, real estate and yachting. I’ve acted for TV commercials for brands like LG, Volkswagen, Mercedes and so many more. I understand what it is required and needed when it comes to advertising a product, a service, an industry and such. I educate and coach anyone that needs a picture taken on how to bring forth a genuine smile, a real felt expression. I capture the emotion, the intent. My experience and my continuing education in my field of photography in front and behind the camera are a powerful mix. Plus, my eye for detail, my creativity and my experience bring forth the best out of anything and anyone. You either have it, or you don’t. Expensive equipment and technical school class knowledge is by far not enough.
