- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on our suppliers pricing and the necessary labor involved for a job. We offer seasonal discounts, and our fees are only for things such as paint removal, glue removal, wall trim, base board installation, etc. These fees are usually cheap and may just be a flat rate if the square footage is small.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we get in contact as soon a possible, whether the customer prefers email, text, or calls and we will ask them a few basic questions. Then we set up a time to get a technician to come take a look at the job so that we can make sure there will be no issues. Once the job requirements have been confirmed, we will ask them if they know what they want done or if they would like us to help them find what they are looking for. We will bring a sample deck to them with multiple real samples, and we will provide them resourceful links at which they can shop flake and paint colors. We also will help them build custom samples and then we will bring those custom samples to them to look at in person. After they are set on their choice and we have a date and time, we will send them an officialized invoice and have technicians show up and start the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have experience and training from our tenured members, some who have been in the industry for over 25 years.
