- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is slightly different so the base price is adjusted for this and can vary. We often do onsite quotes free and can do from pictures as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine the need. Advise the cost and secure acceptance and schedule installation. The process takes 4 to 8 hours (same day) and is ready for use after 72 hours. On average we can do a job within one to two weeks or sooner in emergencies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a twenty year old established franchise dealership of Kott Koatings, CA who virtually invented this process almost 75 years ago. Our technicians are trained and certified by Kott.
