FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on a variety of conditions (i.e.- square footage of the home, age of the home, travel distance for the inspector, etc.) To receive an accurate price, we recommend calling or messaging to get a specialized estimate. We offer military and first responder discounts, so be sure ask when you schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will get information about your home along with what type of inspection you need. A full home inspection is different from inspections many insurance carriers request such as a Wind Mitigation or 4-Point Inspection. Once we know what you're looking for, we will schedule the inspection and go over the pre-inspection agreement. We encourage all of our clients to be present for the inspection to help you understand how your home works and to see firsthand any potential issues we find. Once the inspection is completed, we guarantee completion of our full home inspection reports within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Inspector certified through one of the largest home inspector organizations in the world- the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). I am also licensed in Florida as a home inspector. InterNACHI training and certification provides inspectors the knowledge to complete thorough inspections of the components of a home- from the roof all the way to the foundation.
