Ken is fantastic and would highly recommend him for any project. Excellent communication skills and arrived exactly when he said he would. Also excellent workmanship. Not only did Ken install the under cabinet lights (which was the original project) but also installed a USB electrical outlet and replaced the hot water heater - all in one morning. Will absolutely utilize Ken’s services again!

Ken replaced a water heater for me. I first contacted him on a Sunday afternoon and he got back to me right away and had the job done by midday on Monday. He offered great information about options and what would work best for me. His prices were very reasonable and quality of work was great. What impressed me the most was the questions he asked and info he gathered over the phone to understand exactly what would be needed for the job. It was in a tight, somewhat awkward space and he was able to get the perfect fit for the heater and expansion tank without the need to come out for an estimate. The installation looks better and cleaner than what was there previously.

I have a $125.00 minimum. I offer discounts for referrals and I charge based on the job. That being said every job is unique and has pricing catered especially for it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish contact and build relationship. From there I ask where they heard of my company and if they were referred. We then proceed to dive into the details of the clients needs and I do everything I can to ensure those needs are not only met but exceeded.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in business, I have a drafting certification acquired in the state of Florida, and I’m registered to do all handyman tasks under my business Alberts Handyman Services.
