We were in need of a quick turn around replacement for our water heater, which started leaking suddenly. Come to find out the damage was a lot worse than we suspected and Ken was very knowledgeable on taking time to not only explain the current available options and their differences, but also provided insight to our specific situation which he has obtained from his years of service in the industry that ultimately assisted with our decision-making. The service that Ken provided was top quality and due to no fault of his own the brand new unit that was purchased and correctly installed ended up having a manufacturers defect. Ken made it his priority to return the faulty unit back to its point of purchase along with obtaining a brand new unit that was later installed same day. If you're looking for someone who puts customer satisfaction as their number one priority while also providing a quality service then Ken is your guy.

Ken replaced a water heater for me. I first contacted him on a Sunday afternoon and he got back to me right away and had the job done by midday on Monday. He offered great information about options and what would work best for me. His prices were very reasonable and quality of work was great. What impressed me the most was the questions he asked and info he gathered over the phone to understand exactly what would be needed for the job. It was in a tight, somewhat awkward space and he was able to get the perfect fit for the heater and expansion tank without the need to come out for an estimate. The installation looks better and cleaner than what was there previously.

Ken was on top of everything from the beginning. He let us decide what type of water heaters we could get and gave us the background of each of them. He said he could be here the same day to install it. I never got any pushy salesman, just an honest one. We really enjoyed working with him. He would reply to any questions within minutes, no matter how busy he was. I have a $125.00 minimum. I offer discounts for referrals and I charge based on the job. That being said every job is unique and has pricing catered especially for it.

Establish contact and build relationship. From there I ask where they heard of my company and if they were referred. We then proceed to dive into the details of the clients needs and I do everything I can to ensure those needs are not only met but exceeded.
