- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One-off event fees and/or Hourly rates with set minimum to cover travel & set-up. All required equipment for performance is provided/included. Simple agreement is sent to clients with all details/caveats/overtime/etc. covered for review
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing all event details, venue, musical preferences, desired vibe, and any other concerns the client may have. Goal is always to eliminate any stresses they have about the entertainment so they can focus on all other aspects of their event.
