Jose was very responsive and professional. He explained the work plan with the appropriate amount of detail and provided options. I really like that he took a lot of before and after pictures/video, so I could clearly see what he did. As luck would have it, it rained a couple of days after the work was done and we could very clearly tell the difference from the work he did. Highly recommend.
