- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price runs $50 per hour for each team member depending on physical location, tasks and length of hire. I have a minimum of three hours for everything except errands. I am a military Mom, Elk and American Legion Aux. member so I offer discounts to all three.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I find out what the client needs, and prioritize the work and review my plan of action with the client before starting the project. There can be many details to be worked out if I need access to a home or business in the client's absence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of construction administration experience as well as 7 years of concierge type services. I have a masters in business and have spent many years as the right hand man as well as owner to business.
