Rich was awesome and if you're debating whether to go with him for a job or not, just do it. I was looking for quotes on installing a foldable squat rack on a wall in my garage when I had Rich and another company respond. Rich was quick in identifying the cost and asking the key questions so we could move on to scheduling... This was before the other company ever bothered following up from their most likely automated initial response. Rich showed up when he said he would, spent a few minutes looking at the space with me and ensuring everything was in order, and before I knew it, I had a knock on the door with him showing me the finished install. No issues, everything works well as intended, nothing more you could ask for!
