We worked with Heidi for 2 hours for our courthouse wedding. She was very nice and sweet, and easy to work with. But our photos and video were very delayed and poorly edited. We couldn't find one photo we both like to make our wedding thank you card.

I do my best to deliver all work on time or earlier and communicate and respond promptly if that's not the case. And in your case I offered discounted prints and additional footage at no extra charge for the additional wait time. It's disappointing to hear that you could not find one photo you both liked as I have gotten many compliments on your wedding photos from others. Your happy energy captured in the images is evident.
