Here’s what to expect: * Flexible Structures: Depending on the scope of work, we may use fixed monthly/quarterly fees, hourly rates, or project-based pricing. * No Hidden Fees: All rates are clearly outlined upfront, so you always know what to expect. * Discounts for New QuickBooks Online Clients: Special onboarding discounts are available through our QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor program for new QuickBooks Online users. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a free phone consultation, where we take the time to get to know your business. We’ll ask a few key questions to get a clear picture of your bookkeeping needs. As part of this process, we usually request read-only access to your current bookkeeping records to accurately assess the scope of work required. Please note, we exclusively work with QuickBooks Online. If your records are not already on the platform, we can assist with migration to ensure compatibility. If together we determine it’s a great fit, we’ll provide you with a customized proposal and a bookkeeping service agreement. These will outline the investment, the services included, and a timeline for completing the work. Our goal is to make the process clear and seamless, so we can focus on supporting your business’s success.
