- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate menu pricing. Our services are available in a price book to protect our customers- meaning you won't pay more than your neighbor for the same service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first send an expert technician out you at no charge. Once on site, our tech will diagnose the issue and offer a range of solutions. The customer can then choose the option that best suits them, and our technician will get to work immediately to solve the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our expert technicians are Spartan Certified, with valuable experience with drain and drain systems.
