From the initial contact to making payment Official Event Services made it so easy and comfortable to book the help I needed. Michelle was awesome to work with and completely understood my needs.
Amanda and Maria came to help with my son’s wedding! Although it was small and at times chaotic it was a beautiful day. I cannot express enough how great Amanda and Maria were and how they were an integral part in making it a great day! So many of the guests came up to me to tell me how sweet, professional and helpful they were. Being prepared and having things I didn’t was unbelievable generous and certainly didn’t go unnoticed. Waking up the next day to all clean dishes was a blessing! Taking the group photo was just another way to describe how helpful they were! From the bride and groom to all the guests we appreciate them so much!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Michelle and Brittany! From the moment they arrived, they were punctual, professional, and immediately jumped into action. As someone who planned and coordinated my own graduation celebration, I was managing a lot behind the scenes and naturally feeling the stress that comes with hosting such a special event.
What impressed me most was how quickly they put me at ease. They checked in with me periodically throughout the event, making sure everything was running smoothly while allowing me to actually enjoy celebrating with my guests. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and calm presence were invaluable.
I also had a couple of last-minute buffet projects that I simply ran out of time to complete. Without hesitation, Michelle and Brittany stepped in and handled them, which was an enormous relief and made me incredibly happy. Their willingness to help beyond their core responsibilities truly demonstrated their commitment to exceptional service.
The buffet setup was beautiful, the food service was seamless, and the cleanup was absolutely immaculate. Everything was handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism from beginning to end.

Michelle and her team were amazing. Our wedding had 185 guests and her staff handled everything seamlessly. They took care of bartending, setting up the nonalcoholic beverages, displaying dessert, keeping water glasses filled at the tables, removing trash, and so much more. They were truly the kindest people and brought such a calm and helpful presence to the entire day.
Michelle was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and always willing to hop on a call to go over details. Their shopping service was a huge help, and she even met with us beforehand to gather cups, koozies, and other bar items so we would not have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding.
I would recommend Official Event Services to anyone who needs staffing for a wedding, party, or any celebration where you want to feel confident that everything will run smoothly. They made our day easier, stress free, and very well cared for.

We hosted a 25 person holiday party and Official Event Services did a phenomenal job. We hired two of their staff and they arrived early, in matching uniforms and were eager to help make the event go as smooth as possible. They were super attentive to the guests, made sure the flow of traffic at the party was continuously moving, and coordinated their efforts professionally. We provide a range of packages designed to meet our customers' needs. Our bartending services start at $100 per hour, while servers for catering are available from $70 per hour. Our event rentals, including backdrops, balloon setups, bars, and marquee numbers/letters, are competitively priced to ensure you get the best value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess each customer's request and respond via email with tailored options to meet their needs. Afterward, we schedule a phone call to discuss these options, pricing, and service details. This conversation ensures all questions are answered and the customer is confident moving forward. We maintain open communication throughout the process to prevent any potential obstacles.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team boasts over 10 years of bartending experience across venues, restaurants, clubs, and concerts. Each member is trained and certified in mixology, and our servers are also certified in catering events. Our backdrops, bars, and marquee letters/numbers are custom-made by our skilled woodworkers.
