- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates for items that you would like to add or replace. If you are experiencing a not working item that you would like repaired, our troubleshooting and diagnostic fee starts at $195. We give you upfront pricing before any work is started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will typically call in and one of our CSR's will schedule them for either an estimate or a troubleshooting call. The estimator will either give a free estimate to add or replace an item, or they will troubleshoot to repair the item. If the work is extensive and requires two technicians, the estimator will provide a quote and recommend scheduling one of our two man service vans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured as an Electrical Contractor. Our technicians average over 15 years in the electrical trade.
