Marcelo answered my inquiry within literally minutes, he made an appointment for the same day, was prompt, very nice, he diagnosed the issue in a very short period of time and then he even sent me text messages of the before and after. I needed a new condenser fan motor. I went from HOT to NOT in one day, but in this case, that’s a GREAT thing. Definitely recommend EMP Air Conditioning.

Marcelo to the rescue! Our ac unit died overnight and by 10:30am it was forecast to be 90 degrees. I reached out to EMP about 5:30-6:00 am and surprisingly, Marcelo responded almost immediately. Marcelo got some basic information and made arrangements to stop by at lunchtime. A little while later and a part or two from EMPs well-stocked parts truck, our 20yr old unit was once again cranking out cold air. We were expecting the worst, having dealt with many service companies doing their best not to get your business. EMP was a pleasure to deal with and provided great service and reasonable prices. Truly an answer to prayer. Our ac won’t last forever. When it does retire, EMP and Marcelo will get the call! Thanks again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Diagnostic Fee is $75 dollars, but If repairs will cost Customers above $250 we waive Diagnostic Fee. There is NO Charge for an estimate and if Customer needs a New Unit and is without Air Conditioning We do everything possible to give them temporary cooling without extra Charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen what they need, what they expect, and how are the best options to serve them and solve the AC issue.

Graduated from Florida Career College as an HVAC TECHNICIAN and Certified EPA, Past Florida’s Trade and Knowledge Test and Business and Finance to obtain Florida’s Contractors License Air Conditioning B, Trane especialista.
