Seth frim Dream Land Plumbing was amazing. As soon as i put my request out for an estimate to quickly replace my water heater that just bursted he worked around my crazy work situation and by that i mean he jumped out of bed. Came in his pajamas at 10 at night to see what i needed done. Granted he only lives a block away but still. He knew his stuff, was able to get everything needed. And made me feel comftorble enough to give full access to my home and pets the next morning while i had to be at work! At the same time i had him install a water filtration system and he threw in a fancy new kitchen faucet of my choosing for free.

My original installation was not to State code. The plumber offered to make the proper fittings that day even though it was 3:23 pm when he made his evaluation. After getting some parts he did not have with him and something to eat, he finished the job at 8:00 pm

Dream Land Plumbing is an absolute “dream!” We hired Dream Land to assist friends of ours in their newly purchased, yet older condo. Prior to arriving at our friend’s condo, Seth called me to review the Scope of Work. He was prompt at arriving at their home and walked through the various issues with the homeowners and their son. Issues such as: hot water heater and pipe/valve replacement, removal and replacement of garbage disposal, valves under the kitchen sink were leaking, kitchen faucet replacement, master bathroom valve/faucet replacement and completely redoing the plumbing in 2 showers. Additionally Seth even took the time to remove and replace the master bathroom vanity sink. Once the work was completed Seth reviewed everything with the homeowners. Our friends were incredibly happy to have their to-do list completed so efficiently and with quality craftsmanship and expertise. We will absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality “master” plumber at a fair and honest price.
