I think they could be upfront by not trying to convince a customer that more work needed to be done without first assuring the customer that there was a legitimate problem that could be identified prior to opening a hole in the siding of theirhouse!!!!

They send out the "car salesman"...... over priced a simple repair. I felt he assessed single female and did the Most. The tech the NEXT DAY was cool. Simple. They also sell Water damage guys.... well when you look like a money pit.... add your friends.
