- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is per job. I will try my best to work with your situation, and to be flexible and fair. I do offer discounts on certain types of installs and repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process consists of coming to your home, business, etc, and assess what work is required to complete the job fully and correctly. Generally I prefer to look at the job prior to pricing, as some things can be unforseen until I can get my hands on the repair or install. However, in some cases for simple repairs or installs, I can give pricing over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years in the field of plumbing. I was a general manager of a plumbing company for 4 of those years before deciding to go out on my own. Therefore, on top of the technical skill needed, I understand the upmost importance of customer satisfaction, and getting a job done precisely, correctly, and in a timely manner.
