- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently creating packages to offer new clients. Until those are ready I offer clear, line-by-line digital quotes for a la cart services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a call, or if nearby, a personal meeting. I'm very one-on-one. I like to hear everything about your vision for your business - my goal is to form an ongoing relationship, not just deliver a product and be gone. I will want to know where you are at now, where you want to be, what kind of services you offer and to whom, how do you want to be perceived, what do you want to communicate, what you love and what you don't, and what you need from a me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years in corporate graphic design, web design, UX and eCommerce. I have worked with the top minds in the business - from marketing directors to content managers to art directors. I have attended the Museum School of Fine Art in Boston and I am currently a practicing fine artist. I have worked with fortune 500 companies and have a background in creative management, usability science, mobile design, promotional design, visual web design and development, and email design.
