Alex does not speak much English but we were able to communicate just fine via phone translator. He was able to identify all the holes in my inflatable hot tub. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair, but he was able to show me everything and explain the potential risk of trying to repair it. Very nice individual!

He clicked all the boxes. Reasonable pricing, knowledge. Was able to get my 'Vintage' or 'Retro' hot tub that was sitting for several years not working, Up and running. Without buying new pumps and heaters. Plus a really pleasant person to be around.
