Maria was an amazing chef! My family hired Maria to cook for my mom’s 70th birthday lunch. The food was delicious and Maria was so thoughtful with all dishes and presentation. 10 out of 10, hire this amazing chef for your next event.

OMG - was this a great find!!!!! To bring this truly authentic, and incredibly tasty experience to my home was one of the best decisions I made for this party. The set up and (and then set up again) and clean up was phenomenally well orchestrated, the food was incredible, and I looked like the ‘master hostess’.!!! With a last-minute change of plans, what started as a party for 20 (mostly young) women ended up as a seamless gathering for 40.of all ages - and Chef Maria still made it happen with a “Don’t worry, we will take care of you” (in her comforting Italian accent!). This is only the first of - what will be - many more events on the horizon for Chef Maria - (not just with me…. But my friends too!!) My ONLY regret was not being able to show you more pix of the food and setup, but here is a few of my very happy guests. Grazie, Chef Maria, sei davvero la migliore!

I had a birthday party for a group of 20 people and it was my first time ordering from a private chef. It was the best decision I had made, I couldn't have requested a better chef then Maria. Maria was punctual and extremely easy to work with. The food was absolutely incredible! I was looking for Italian food and Maria delivered the real thing. True authentic style Italian and everyone just loved every bit of it. My friends were coming up and was asking were did we get the food from. The lasagna Bolognese, eggplant parm, pasta salad, bread and tiramasu was just outstanding. I will highly recommend as a first choice before any catering company or any other chef hands down!!

I booked Chef Maria to cook a dinner one night of a Bachelorette Party. Everyone loved her! She was super friendly and her food was delicious. She cleaned everything up and loaded the dishwasher before leaving. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to host a chef night.

I did my training in Lake Garda, Italy. My cuisine is based on my "Grandma's recipes" but it can be modify to the client's need and request.
