Vince was extremely professional from the moment he responded to us with our needs. He quoted us with a professional invoice and followed up shortly after. When we agreed to hire Vince we then paid 50% deposit to secure our appointment with him. On the day of arrival for the painting he communicated his team was on route which I appreciated. His team was extremely professional and taped my bathroom cabinets thoroughly and did not skimp on any details. They covered my floor and walls to ensure no damage. His team then proceeded to prime my cabinets and spray them professionally. They removed all cabinets and installed them and even put on my hardware . They ensured at all times to be detailed on the job and I have never experienced such dedicated passionate workers who care to do an excellent paint job. They did not rush , and took detailed time to ensure my satisfaction and let me tell you, they exceeded our expectations. My husband is very particular as well and he was delighted and very happy with the work. I also would love to give them 100/100 % . As a result I will definitely refer clients with pleasure to Vince's company. They worked very very hard and deserve this review. I also have a friend who will be contacting him for work on her new home. Congrats Vince and his team on an amazing job.

I was blown away by the job Refinishing Touches did on my kitchen! Vince was amazing to work with and his team did exceptional work.They really take pride in their work and the quality is top notch. The owner Vice even came out and personally fixed a problem with my island to insure that the paint job would look good. There are no standard kitchens therefore there are no standard prices. Estimates are based on workload and kitchen size.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive a call or text inquiry. I take in the info. I either accept photos of the area that needs attention or if necessary, I personally visit the customers home. I offer a free estimate over the phone or in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of experience doing this type of work
