- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no standard kitchens therefore there are no standard prices. Estimates are based on workload and kitchen size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive a call or text inquiry. I take in the info. I either accept photos of the area that needs attention or if necessary, I personally visit the customers home. I offer a free estimate over the phone or in person.
