- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In Modern Green we always give you a TOTAL cost of the project you want to do, some contractors will give you a partial cost and charge you "extras" once the job is done...example: lets said you want to install 300 square feet of laminate flooring in a bedroom, the might charge you $2 per square feet, so you do the math and think the total it will be $600 for the job and you hire them, but towards the end of the job they surprise with hidden fees like: floor store pick up $100, carpet removal $150, waste haul $120, baseboards removal $120, furniture moving $150...is a nightmare for you and a dishonest move from them... We ALWAYS give you the TOTAL cost in a detailed estimate explaining everything that is included, there are not ugly surprises with us except the surprise of a job well done!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process start meeting in person with a customer to truly understand every aspect of the project and visualize what they have in mind and how the final product can be realized. Then we submit a detailed estimate consisting of every step needs to be done and what is included as labor and materials. Finally we explain the different options for payment according to customer needs and choices. Once we start the project we work on it everyday until is done, we don't leave the workplace for days and return later...we want you to have a stress free experience.

Every member of Modern Green is highly professional and truly care for the complete satisfaction of our customers. I, Danny Garcia, as a Certified General Contractor and Owner and President of Modern Green take very seriously the trust and hopes a customer put on us and I gratefully appreciate that by bringing to their homes only high qualified people that I can truly trust.
