Pharnance is a very nice guy who does very detailed work. Highly recommended to others! He’s very knowledgeable and very patient. My AC replacement was more work than expected. But Pharnance is hard working individual and very responsive. He took extra time to make sure everything installed properly and work fine. Great work with very good price. Much appreciated!

Came in with the best price right off the start. Came right on time to the job and replaced my 3.5 ton unit with no issues at all. Don’t be intimidated by the lack of reviews. I have used a lot of professionals this month as | have been gutting a house. I've worked with a lot of great people (and a couple not so "good"), but Pharnace is in a league of his own. He's honest, reliable, and always competent. He knows what he's doing and it shows. He got everything done quickly and efficiently … trying his best to have me save money. It was a pleasure working with him and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again … in fact, I have been! Just so you know what kind of man he is, he went over the first time I met him to flush my ac unit which was a mess due to the construction. I thought I paid him, but I inadvertently hadn’t. He never mentioned it until I called him for something else!!!! There are a lot of options out there in the ac department (and I called a lot of them 🤭) I would highly encourage you to choose him. I can guarantee you'll be happy you did!!!

This guy installed an Ac unit for me 2 weeks a. He did an amazing job. I would use again if I ever have a problem in the future. I will refer to my friends and family who needs and ac repairs or any other type of maintenance regarding an ac. Job well done
