Hernan is knowledgeable & works fairly quickly when it came to the diagnosis and the installation of the parts that we needed to fix our Samsung oven. He was prompt in his response. He updated us when the parts were delayed and the arrival status. He also showed me the defective parts as well, which I appreciated. I would definitely use him if ever needed in the future & would recommend using him for your appliance needs.

I got an old laundry tower removed and a new washer/dryer combo installed and stacked. He was transparent with parts were needed to complete the job efficiently and before leaving the site both machines were tested to ensure that they were properly functioning.

I called about a leaking washing machine and got an immediate response from them. They came out the very next morning, assessed the problem, ordered the part and came back & installed it. It is working now and the repair including both visits was very very reasonable. Hernan was extremely polite and communicated clearly throughout the process.
