Carlos and team were quick to reply and complete the project timely. He was professional at first, but when a problem showed up he was just as quick to place 100% blame on us and advised that to correct the issue would involve me paying for more work.
He quoted for the installation of our cabinets which included 11 cabinets plus one fridge cabinet. We were discussing each cabinet as he did the first few items and he then had me send him our plans for the remaining ones. I left him to finish the job, paid him when complete (including extra for the fridge panels that he said he didn't include) and they left.
The next day when we couldn't get some of the doors installed we discovered that the spacers shown on the plans had been omitted from the installation. When I contacted him inquiring as to what we could do to fix it, he said that we had not discussed the spacers, he did not charge me for them and it was my responsibility to stop him if he was doing it wrong.
If the installation of the spacers were not included in his pricing they should have left the 3" between the cabinets for us to install later and let us know that they had not been included. We should also not have to stop a "professional cabinetinstaller" to tell them that they are doing their job wrong. His communication regarding the issue was rude and unprofessional. He had no intention of standing behind the install by accepting ANY part of the responsibility for the missing spacing or helping us make it right without charging us to fix the work.
I cannot in good conscious recommend this company.

This review took me a while because I wanted to encompass my entire experience.
I reached out to this company to get an estimate for cabinets in a new construction home after my Plan A failed. They were very prompt and responsive. Came over, measured, asked my budget and sent me a quote within days. I met with them again to see the quality of cabinets, which wasn't bad. But I liked the cabinets from Plan A much better. Dylan was the main contact because his dad (Gio) doesn't speak a lot of English, but they are both really nice.
The shaker cabinets they offered had an MDF door panel. So I asked them to get a quote from Plan A's company that I was familiar with and was 100% wood, and they did without hesitation. The quote was a little more expensive, but it was a better quality than the company they were offering.
I was a bit hesitant to finalize with this company because of 2 negative reviews that I read about crooked handles & screws, and holes in walls etc I brought this concern to them to explain my hesitation. Dylan understood, and assured me that I would not have those issues. I made the payment and my cabinets were delivered to my home the next day!
Assembly of the cabinets started a day after that, I was amazed and very excited to see the progress. Took about a week for install, which was not a problem for me. Overall the cabinets turned out beautifully. I supplied the door handles and they installed them. Some of the handles I noticed were not level and some doors needed to be adjusted to be straight. They were adjusted on the spot. The cutouts for plumbing in master were bigger than expected, but I figured my builder could remedy it with plumbing covers. So I made the final payment.
A few days before the countertop guy came, I noticed some of the drawer slides had a total of (14) missing screws. I immediately called Dylan and was told that the cabinet company did not supply the screws. My reaction was (so why wasn't that communicated? I could have gone and bought screws). I was told by Dylan that he would come back the next day to install the screws because they had some, which they did.
My builder in the meantime said that the bottom cutouts needed to be fixed by cabinet company, which I understood. So I purchased a panel of veneer and asked for them to layer it over holes the same time they were adding the screws to the drawers. Gio called me and tried to explain they needed another panel for 1 side because the initial cut didn't work. This is a new construction so I wasn't in driving distance to go purchase another one that day. I was asked by Gio if this is something the builder couldn't fix because they were traveling from an hour away (which I didn't realize). But I knew the builder would not, so I asked Dylan to pick another up from Lowe's down the street and I would reimburse him through PayPal or something. Which they did, and even caulked it.
I wanted crown molding, which Dylan ordered but didn't get it installed because they normally don't install, so I will install at a later time. I was told about a guy they could recommend, but never receive the information, which is not a big deal at all. That's the least of my worries.
The countertop guy did not express any issues with leveling of the cabinets themselves, so I'm assuming, it was good enough for him to place the granite.
On another visit to the house, I noticed that the drawer rubs when opened on the fridge panel and my dishwasher panel is cream vs white like the cabinets. I don't plan on calling them back to fix because I know they live a good distance. I'll just either paint the whole side of island or put a panel the width of the island. I'm sure we'll find other things after we move in, but hopefully just minor.
Overall a very good company and I was pleased with the cabinets. A little more attention to detail on the workmanship with the handles would be great and communication for issues that arises would take this father son team to a whole new level. I enjoyed working with them on this project and will consider them in the future.
