- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% military discount up to $500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- First point of contact is made. - Job walk is scheduled. - Estimate gets emailed along with scheduling availability. - Client makes any necessary changes, then contract is signed and scheduling deposit made. - Design is discussed and materials selected, then material deposit is made. - Materials get ordered. - Project commences. - Final payment is made upon completion of project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in construction since I was fresh out of high school and have experience in multiple trades. I quickly took a liking to tile and worked tirelessly to perfect my skills and knowledge! I spent 2 years as a project manager/ job foreman before starting Starin Remodel. I am also Schluter Certified.
