So excited that i finally found someone who does what they say and at a reasonable price. They stayed within budget and offered design ideas as alternatives to stay within budget. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend 1000%. Alvacon ended up finishing off all of our projects for our home to be perfect. Highly recommend, use them!

What an outstanding crew! Their workmanship was top notch, attention to detail, cleaned up after the jobs were complete! The crew did electrical, plumbing & installed a wall shower bench. The owners were very nice to work with! Stayed until the jobs were done! Alvacon Enterprises will be my only phone call for any future work on my home.

I would not hesitate to hire Jacquie & her team again. She was very prompt to respond to our call for everything we needed completed around my mother’s home. There were many things left undone by two former construction type employees that had been working on & off for months & months after Hurricane Michael & Covid, but they never finished the jobs. Jacquie came in, assessed the work to be done and w/i 24 hours provided a fair & detailed estimate, a date to start & complete the job. Her team was never just standing around…they were always in motion working to complete all the tasks. Job site was cleaned & left orderly each & every day and everyone was a non-smoker. All the job tasks were completed correctly & on time. We even ran into rotten wood behind sheetrock & they promptly fixed that also. These were some of the job tasks we needed completed: 1. Bay window needs to be installed correctly and sealed. 2. Sheetrock under window needs to be replaced. 3. A lot of caulking everywhere, sanding, painting. 4. Wall behind fridge needs finishing and baseboard. 5. Lots of gaps between cabinets and wall. 6. Doorway into kitchen needs finishing. 7. Kick plate on swing door replaced. 8. AC vent turned around. 9. Laundry room window needs to be installed properly. There were also several other things Jacquie & her team completed around the house not listed above. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the work & level of professionalism & would certainly recommend.
